This business is a SHAM!!!! The owner does not return phone calls, rude to elderly women and cut them off when they try to voice their concerns. HE ALSO BLOCKS THE CUSTOMERS NUMBER AND LIES!!! I’ve tried to call numerous times to voice my dissatisfaction of his work and to see if something could be worked out and he interrupted my mother on the phone. He tried to call back and say send an email I already sent 3 times already!! Why would I need to send another email after countless voice messages and missed calls from myself. Do NOT give your business or money to this establishment!!! They have the worst customer service. We will not be hiring them to correct their sham work!!! And I advise the same to you!! He is arrogant, rude, liar and not thorough with his work!!! He may have a 4.9 rating here but check out yelp and the most recent reviews and you will clearly see that this is a disturbing pattern of his.

I got five tall trees trimmed by them today. The price is reasonable. The work quality is great. The owner is very experienced and knowledgeable. Will be a returning customer for sure.

Randy’s Tree Service did an amazing job trimming/topping our large trees along the driveway and removing several messy locust trees from around our pool. Fully removed all stumps so we can use the area for ornamental plantings. He was very knowledgeable about how much sun the various species needed and was full of great ideas to improve our curb appeal. Highly recommend!

I called a couple of tree services in my area and Randy's was the 1st to respond and provided an estimate the same day. He seemed very knowledgeable of the types of trees I have and the problems I was having with a very large oak tree, a dogwood and a small maple. He also took the time to access my trees in the backyard and gave his opinion for future work that I may need. The following week, he and his workers arrived very early in the morning to prune the large oak and dogwood. They removed a small maple which was dead and the roots were grinded. I never realized the importance of maintaining the trees on my property, until now. Fragile dead branches which was a falling hazard to people and parked cars, were removed. The trees now look great. My front yard now has much needed sunlight. His workers did a great job and I admired how they worked as a team. In fact they were so good my neighbors were also impressed. I appreciated Randy's presence at the start of the project and the time he spent directing the workers and making sure his trucks were placed properly without blocking access to the street. I hope to use this company in the future.

I could not recommend Randy’s enough. We had a huge swath of overgrown land in our backyard, filled with poison ivy, along the back and side of our fence. For years I tried to manage it myself, until poison ivy “got” me yet again, and enough was enough. I needed help! Randy’s crew was here the very next morning, working tirelessly and efficiently. Seeing what they did felt like a miracle. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders, simply amazing work. Fair estimate, honest dealings, no disappointments. I trust these guys and would work with them again in a heartbeat. Life savers!

By far the most honest, professional and responsive contractor I have interacted with! Randy picked up the phone immediately when I initially called and came by the next day to provide an estimate for the removal of a large oak. He was super responsive and punctual but he has earned my business for life for his honesty! Instead of providing a estimate for the removal, he told me to contact the town to have it removed for free! None of the other contractors I dealt with informed me that it was the town’s responsibility! The fact that he would tell me exactly what to do and provided pictures to get the town to pay, even though it would cost him a job, demonstrates his concern for his customers. Randy will be the first call I make for all of my future tree or landscape needs.

Randy's workers were efficient, pleasant hard workers, continuing with the job despite air temperatures in the mid to high 90s with high humidity. They stacked the logs carefully and cleaned up thoroughly. All twigs and small branches were removed and the street area cleaned. Thanks to the large pads place under the equipment tires, the lawn area showed no signs that a heavy truck had moved over it. I was totally pleased with the job, would recommend this company very highly. The workers cut the tree trunks as requested to create stepping slices to be used for paths in my garden.

Look no further! Randy’s Tree Service was affordable, professional, and responsive. The team worked with expert precision and made cutting down four 100 foot trees look easy! They worked around fencing and an already banged up construction site to get machines in when possible. The property was cleaned up and I didn’t have to do a thing. I have a dead tree that need to be removed and Randy’s Pro Landscaping & Tree service is the 3rd company that come for an estimate. My friend referred me the company and once I talked Randy, I know this is it. First, Randy and his crew are very punctual, when they give you the time they really mean it which is very important in my case because I need to make a couple arrangements in order to get the service done properly. Second, Randy is very understanding, nice to talk with and willing to answer questions even before we sign a contract. This may not be a big case, but one of the other companies simply decline to answer any questions before a contract is signed which makes Randy’s company a much happier choice for me. Third, Randy’s price quote shines among others, which made the choice a no brainer work. The final service is also outstanding. The tree is close to a powerline and they planned ahead did careful works not to cause any damage. The afterward clean work is another plus. All woods and debris are cleaned and Carried away, if it is not one tree less, our yard looks like nothing happened. I will definitely hire Randy again when needed.

Working with Randy and his team was such a positive experience that I will go back to them for any future job. They removed a 120 foot tree from a backyard location that had very limited access. The tree came down in sections with precision that avoided any damage to the garages, fences and trees on neighboring properties. I called Randy after a high wind storm in which giant branches fell from my tree. Thank goodness no one was hurt. Randy came to my home within the hour I called. The tree could not be saved. When doing our driveway they came to remove all the bushes. Came earlier than the driveway crew and efficiently removed all our bushes. Great and efficient work!! Will be using again to work on landscaping.

My lawn had become damaged and required immediate care. Randy and his team came out right away and cleared all the dying trees including the stumps, seeded the grass, and treated the ground. I am so happy with the work and look forward to working with them in the future.
